The Owtlaw Connection is not affiliated in any way with Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. The Owtlaw Connection encourages all members of the Fraternity to register for fraternal related events, as the events held by the Owtlaw Connection are strictly for external and entertainment purposes for all interested.

Confirmations

Proper identification and original confirmation of event ticket purchases will be required to redeem event passes.

Additional

1.The Owtlaw Connection reserves the right to change venues without notice.

2.Tickets and Passes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is only valid for the event for which it is issued.

3.Tickets and Passes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

4.Reproduction of any tickets or passes is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempt to resale will result in seizure and cancellation without compensation.

5.Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or discounts (if applicable).

6.Tickets and Passes are a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face value amount.

7. The Owtlaw Connection reserves the right, without refund of any portion of tickets and passes purchase price, to refuse admission and/or eject any person(s) who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the Owtlaw Connection, venues, and/or local, state, and federal laws.

8.No Refunds/Exchanges.

9.Ticket and Pass users assume all risk of personal injury incidental to, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to all Owtlaw Connection events.

10.Tickets and Passes may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposed without the express written consent of the Owtlaw Connection or its venue.

11.Ticket and Pass users consent to the use of his/her image or likeness to any video display, transmission or recording of events hosted by the Owtlaw Connection, venue, or promoter.

12.The use of cameras, video, audio recording equipment is allowed unless otherwise strictly prohibited by the Owtlaw Connection, venue, or promoter.
